The process: EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

Capturing your event is about more than just taking pictures—it’s about preserving the energy, emotions, and key moments that make it special. My goal is to make the photography process seamless, so you can focus on enjoying your event while I handle the rest.


1) Consultation - I’ll work closely with you to understand your event—how much coverage you’ll need, the types of photos you’d like, and the location, lighting, and setup required. Based on our discussion, I’ll create a custom quote tailored to your exact needs. Once you approve the quote, I’ll send over a contract for you to sign, and we’ll finalize the logistics to ensure everything is perfectly planned.


2) During your event - On the day of the event, I’ll arrive early to set up and capture a few pre-event photos. We’ll take posed portraits before or after the event to ensure key individual and group shots are beautifully documented. During the event, I’ll work discretely in the background to capture all the important moments, from candid attendee reactions to the main highlights of the day. While I always have a plan, I adapt to the natural flow of the event to ensure nothing is missed. If you’re working with planners or coordinators, I’m happy to collaborate with them to keep everything running smoothly.


3) Editing - I’ll enhance colors, lighting, and details to create polished and professional images. If you choose custom retouching , I’ll also remove skin blemishes and erase unwanted items from the background to ensure a flawless finish.


4) Your Gallery - Within 2–3 weeks, you’ll receive a link to your professionally edited photo gallery. From there, you can download images, share them with guests, and order prints or keepsakes to commemorate your special day.

My event photography packages are designed to provide flexible and transparent pricing tailored to your needs.

How far in advance should I book?


I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates. A minimum of two weeks’ notice is ideal, but I’ll do my best to accommodate last-minute requests if my schedule allows.

What is included in the event photography package?


All high-resolution digital files are professionally edited for brightness, color, and contrast. Retouching is also available for an additional fee. See my “What’s Included” section for full details.

Do you provide prints or albums?

How long will it take to receive the photos?


You can expect to receive your professionally edited photos within 2–3 weeks after the event. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

What happens if the event runs longer than scheduled?


If your event runs longer than expected, I can often accommodate extra time at my standard hourly rate. Let me know as soon as possible if this might be needed, so I can plan accordingly.

How do you handle fast-paced events?


With extensive experience photographing high-volume and fast-paced events, I’m skilled at staying attentive to details, capturing key moments, and ensuring nothing is missed, no matter the pace.

FAQ

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?


Life happens, and I completely understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know before I travel to the session location to avoid any rescheduling fees. I’m happy to work with you to find a new date that fits your schedule.

What’s your cancellation policy?


For events, I require at least 1 week’s notice to cancel or reschedule in order to refund your deposit. If cancellation occurs with less than 1 week’s notice, the deposit will be non-refundable. Thank you for understanding!
